  • How the development of the Five Case Model fits with other recommended best practice such as PRINCE2® and MSP®

The five key questions addressed by the model are;

  • Is there a compelling case for change?
  • Does the preferred investment option give value for money?
  • is the proposed deal commercially viable?
  • Is the spending proposal affordable?
  • How can the proposal be delivered successfully?
Participants will receive:
  • Copies of all course materials
  • A selection of templates and tools
  • Our stress-free Exam Resit Guarantee
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • The Foundation exam, a 40 minute, 50 question multiple choice exam. The Foundation qualification is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner course and qualification.

  • Understanding an established and proven methodology which can be applied to both strategic (macro) and tactical (micro) levels
