AgilePM® Foundation is the introduction level of AgilePM® Practitioner. It introduces the DSDM Agile Project Management framework, a pragmatic and repeatable methodology. This course explains how to prepare for and run an agile project, highlighting documentation, techniques, roles and responsibilities recommended within the framework.

AgilePM® Practitioner is all about deepening your expertise and taking the next step after AgilePM® Foundation. This course's objective is to transition learners from understanding the framework to applying it effectively. It is designed for professionals in project-focused environments who want to be agile.

About the course

Practitioner - 1 day - Practitioner students gain a deeper knowledge of how to implement and manage projects. They will gain the Practitioner qualification which shows this depth of understanding of the practical applications of AgilePM®.
