The Practitioner course is held over one and a half days and includes a voucher for the Practitioner exam. It has a workshop style so that you learn how to apply the techniques and rules. You will review the MSP® integrated framework and navigate the principles, themes and processes. You will learn how to analyse information and to then determine how the parts relate to one another and the MSP® Framework.
The MSP® 5th Edition course emphasises flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness by adopting an incremental approach to the programme lifecycle, thus enabling organisational agility.
